Jenna is a Licensed Associate Counselor ready and willing to walk alongside those who are hurting, stuck, broken, or disconnected. Her goal is to partner with individuals and families to help them uncover what’s beneath the surface and understand that they are more than just their problem.

Jenna has specialized training in EMDR I and II, TF-CBT, and is an ASAT Candidate (Associate Sex Addiction Therapist). Her experience includes processing trauma, healing attachment wounds, aiding in recovery from addiction, and resolving relational conflict. Jenna works with children, teens, adults, and families, helping them create lasting change.

Jenna values the therapeutic relationship, which is grounded in safety and trust. She takes a bold and in-depth approach to therapy in the hope that her clients no longer feel impossible to help or understand.

Jenna is an adventure-seeking, banjo-playing, coffee-drinking individual. You could consider her coffee mug her personal fidget toy. You can also find her playing pickleball with friends and supporting local athletic teams.
